OMB Appeal 

It appears the city is trying to change the status of the parkway lands from possible future road to arterial road i.e. from a dashed line to a solid line. They have also changed the route of the parkway and added to it. 

We filed an OMB appeal to this change on January 7.  see text OMB Appeal

The two documents in question are the current schedule B transportation map Schedule B   
and the  Proposed Official Plan Amendment (see second last page - Schedule B)|
